  • If you have received a damaged product, please initiate a return on our website within 3 days from the time of delivery. Our courier partner will pick the damaged product from your doorstep and will replace it within 7 working days at no extra cost. If in case the product is not in stock, the complete cost of the product will be refunded back to you within 10 to 15 days. In rare cases where pickup is not supported by our courier partners, you would have to ship the product to us and We will reimburse the courier charges.
  • We also accept returns of the product which you no longer need, provided the product is returned in new and unopened condition along with the original packaging. To avail this facility, initiate your request on our website within 3 days from the time of delivery and ship the product back to us. We will be happy to refund your money once we receive your parcel. Please note that for such returns, the return shipment cost need to be borne by you.
  • All returns, would have the rights reserved to take a call if a request for return can be accepted or not


  • For cancelling an order in "pending” status, contact our support team. In such cases where the request comes before the order is processed for shipping, cancellation will be accepted and the complete money will be refunded.
  • In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you within 10 to 15 days. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
  • Unfortunately the order cannot be cancelled once the shipping process has started.


  • Payments made through credit/debit card will be credited back to the same credit/debit card within 10 to 15 working days from the day of refund approval.
  • Payments made through net banking will be credited back to the respective bank account within 10 to 15  working days from the day of refund approval.
  • If customer paid twice for one transaction, and one transaction qualifies for refund the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days

The most important usage of the information collected from you is your email which is used to inform you that your order has been confirmed/executed. Your email is also used to inform you for your customer service related queries and for any newsletters sent. All other information collected is confidentially stored and will not be disclosed unless needed as per the requirement of the law authorities or in case of any disputes.
